SOFT CUT GASKET AND SHEETING MATERIALS
Soft Cut Gaskets are cut from raw sheet material, generally up to 1.5 metre square, and are available in a huge variety of different grades and compounds that between them are suitable to cover all applications and service conditions where performance and specification are essential.
Whether you require standard size table gaskets to B16.21 / DIN / JIS to suit RF and Flat Face Flanges or you need bespoke sizing for the most complex of shapes, all can be produced and delivered in a comprehensive range of specified materials ensuring sealing performance over a huge spectrum of applications and service conditions
Material Option Categories are;
- Compressed Non-Asbestos Fibre (CNAF) to Grade X and Grade Y specifications
- Graphite Sheeting – can include tanged or reinforced steel to increase rigidity
- PTFE Sheeting

All the above materials are available from stock in cut form for gaskets or washers or sheet form, generally 1.5 metre square sheets and thicknesses ranging from 0.25 mm to 3.0 mm.
